The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority could lose $19 million each year starting in 2019 if Gov. John Kasich's budget proposal is approved.
RTA CEO Joe Calabrese said that $19 million "is crucial to providing the level of service" RTA historically has provided and that riders "need and expect."
